Each tablet contains:

• L methionine 100 mg
• N-Acetyl L -cysteine 100 mg
• Dimethylglycine HCl 50 mg
• Milk Thistle Extract 50 mg
• Curcumin root Extract 25 mg
• Inositol 20 mg
• Phosphatidylcholine Complex 70 mg
• Vitamin B6 5 mg
• Vitamin B12 50 mg

Dosage:
