In both small and large animals, including dogs and cattle, the most common mineral deficiency is the lack of Calcium and Phosphorus. Temporary hypocalcaemia may occur in high-yielding cattle and buffalo, due to vitamin D deficiency or a wide difference in dietary calcium & phosphorus levels.

Animals may exhibit general symptoms of deficiency, including stunted growth, delayed maturity, reduced fertility, lowered milk yield, fragile bones, and paralytic syndromes. Calcium and Phosphorus deficiencies can be prevented or overcome by direct treatment of the animals through supplementation, in the diet or water supply.

Dosage: Large Animals- Two teaspoons (10ml) 2-3 times a day.

Small Animals – One teaspoon (5ml) 2-3 times a day.

Poultry: Chicks- 5ml per 100 birds, once daily.

Layer/Broiler – 10-15 ml per 100 birds, once daily.
