The dosage is determined by your cat’s weight. It’s crucial to use the correct pipette size and dosage recommended for your cat’s weight range.

The recommended minimum dose is generally 6 mg of selamectin per kg of body weight.

Selamec is a topical “spot-on” treatment, meaning it’s applied directly to the skin.

The solution should be applied to the base of the cat’s neck, in front of the shoulder blades. This area minimizes the risk of the cat licking the medication.

Part the cat’s fur and apply the entire contents of the pipette directly onto the skin.
