- For occasional use, it is recommended to take it 30 minutes to one hour before, or it can be taken daily for 6 weeks, continuously.
- It is recommended to take the tablets whole or split in half, not crushed.
- If preferred, mix with the usual food.
- As it is a dietary supplement, it can be administered continuously.
