Vivaldis Pancresolve for Dogs & Cats, 20 Tablets
Pancresolve tablets from Vivaldis for dogs & cats provides enzymatic therapy for exocrine pancreatic insufficiency. It helps in cases where enzyme production by pancreas is reduced which decreases nutrition absorption and rapid weight loss in spite of good food intake. Exocrine pancreatic enzymes enable good digestion of carbohydrate, proteins & fats.
Some clinical signs of exocrine pancreatic insufficiency are Oily/ fatty stools, excessive hunger without weight gain, persistent diarrhea non-responsive to regular treatment, large volume of loose stools, rapid weight loss. Can be clinically diagnosed using Serum cPL(Canine pancreas – specific lipase)(normal value >400 μg/L), Serum TLI(Trysine like Immunoreactivity)(reference value dogs <5 μg/L, Cats <8 μg/L), ultrasonography.
Pancresolve tabs contain protease that help break down protein into smaller polypeptides, Lipase which helps break down fats into monoglycerides and free fatty acids and amylase that help break down carbs into monosaccharides and simple sugars.
Usual dosage is 1 tab per 10kg body weight 15mins before meal. Use under vet guidance.
Ingredients: Each tablet contains a minimum of Lipase 9000 USP units, Protease 57000 USP units, Amylase 64000 USP units.
